FOREWARNING… you must enter this recipe knowing it is made with spaghetti squash and low-fat Alfredo. If you come in hoping you won’t know the difference, you might consider this a yuck! But knowing it is a much better substitute and still getting a creamy sauce, this was a yum in my book.
-get a small to medium size spaghetti squash. I was hungry when I shopped, so I went with the biggest squash I saw. This meant that the squash to sauce ratio was a little off.
